Tool format
Mentoring support tool
Purpose
Helps to visually frame a role, a process, a context, priorities
Helps understand that all roles are important and how difficult it is to make choices.

When is it used

It can be used either at the beginning to frame contexts or in more advanced stages of the project to facilitate reflections.

Instructions for use

- Prepare decks of cards indicating roles or relationships (for example, I designed decks of cards indicating all the professions required in live performance).
- Ask participants, divided into groups, to correlate the cards, creating a drawing indicating the priorities/hierarchy, always excluding 5.
- Start a discussion starting with the excluded cards/roles/priorities.

Notes for facilitators

You can also create handcrafted cards by having the group members draw them, or by simply writing them on some cardstock.
