Objective

Choose a location or a problem.
Identify the community, stakeholders, and key issues.
Understand who should be involved in the conversation.
Think about how your actions can support positive change.
2. Make a Promise
Commit to the process beyond a single event.
Gather a group of motivated collaborators.
Promise to listen, amplify needs, and support the community over time.
3. Prepare the Ćakula
Organize a meeting place and basic logistics.
Ensure everyone feels welcome and comfortable.
Assign a moderator and prepare guiding questions.
Stay flexible and let participants shape the discussion.
4. Document Everything
Record conversations through notes, audio, video, or surveys.
Review and evaluate each Ćakula afterward.
Learn from mistakes and improve future sessions.
Preserve and share the knowledge created by the community.
